Join Chris Thurber, Scott Arizala, and Steve Maguire for a pre-conference workshop all about getting real. Professional directing demands that we face difficult real-world circumstances with skill and grace. Learn to deal with real mental health problems (suicidality, cutting, eating disorders), real management tasks (giving feedback, firing staff) and real leadership challenges (promoting stamina, providing superior training). This practical and fast-paced workshop will force you to clean the fluff out of your professional toolbox and stock it full of heavy-duty tools that help you get down and dirty in the real-world business of directing. Includes a break and lunch (sponsored by Spike Ball).

Registration Fee: $50 ACA members, $60 nonmembers
If attending the EPIC event only – a $15 processing fee will be added to the registration cost.
Registration is under the "Kindred Events" section of the National Conference Registration Form.
